Built in 1993 in a classic and discreet style, the house is perfectly integrated into the landscape; let yourself be enthralled by an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The south of South Tyrol owes its uniqueness to a mix of Mediterranean and Tyrolean Alpine cultural influences. This atmosphere can also be felt at Perwanger Hof with its terracotta floors and roof tiles. Central yet quiet, Perwanger Hof is located in the middle of the Greenery, in Auer/Ora, near the Wine Route in the south of South Tyrol; away from the traffic, there are no loud noises that may disturb your peace of mind. Protected but not hidden by a natural stone wall, you will find yourself at home in the middle of apple trees.
